I would not even give them a Star. The guy that works there was so rude and made me feel I was a bother that I was giving him business. I will never go back there. I never write reviews but it was the worst, rudest person I ever meet in my life. Not to mention I went somewhere else and they had to fix my nails. Do yourself a favor and dont let this guy do your nails.

I took my 13 year old daughter and myself for pedicures. Price was right at $25 each. We got right in, but one of the workers disappeared during my pedicure, and others filled in. This resulted in a long wait time for my daughter. The very loud man, who couldn't stop laughing uncontrollably at times, did my pedicure and even a day later, my cuticle area hurts on a few of my toes. My experience of him was not relaxing. Luckily, my daughter had a woman, who was calm and sweet, and there was no pain for her during or afterwards.

My friend paid for me to get my nails done as they were looking rough and as a congratulations on a great new job.
I walked in, and was greeted promptly, asked what I wanted. I told the guy I was just in for a manicure.
Up until the point that I sat in the chair to actually get my nails done, everyone was awesome.
I told the guy that I wanted Almond shape, and for them all to be the length of my right pointer finger. (I had accidentally ripped the nail, and already fixed that one in to the shape that I wanted)
He cuts my cuticles (in which he cut into my nail beds on numerous fingers), and then cuts all my nails down.
Then the guy at the front yells at me across the salon that I need to decide if I want oval or pointy. I let them know that I wanted Almond. It's kind of a pointy oval shape.
He tells the guy to wait for him, and he'd come do it.
He came over and said "What shape do you want. Show me a picture, Show me a picture." So I did. He jerks my hands to him and files my nails into ovals, and then tells me to go wash my hands.
While I'm washing my hands he comes up to me and says he's charging me $18 for the manicure because they did my cuticles, too. And I need to pay now. I finish washing my hands, and the guy is no where to be found, and my nail tech is telling me to sit down. So I pull out my card, that way I dont ruin them worse through digging in my wallet.
Finally after a shoddy paint job, I'm under the dryers.
I look at my nails. They're all different lengths, crappy paint job, and my cuticles are still burning. I mostly let them dry before I came to the realization I'm just going to have to come home and redo them myself anyways, so I grab my things and go up to pay.
This guy STILL is getting an attitude with me. I ask for a copy of my receipt, and he throws it down on the counter and says "I don't need it."
I'd heard so many good things about this place and was so excited, getting my nails done is so relaxing.
Not this time.
Worst customer service.
Mediocre skill set.
Honestly, going to the place in the Markland Mall to get my nails done would have resulted in better work.
I honestly should have left when I first started feeling disrespected.

Waited well over an hour. Was told 25 mins. With an appointment. Ended up leaving. Who has time to wait an hour to get started? Never ever again. Worst place in Kokomo.
