At Anne Arundel Dermatology we participate with many insurance plans.* We are happy to bill your insurance company for your visit, however we count on the patient to know their benefits and provide accurate information. If your insurance company requires you to have a referral, please bring it with you the day of your appointment. If you do not see your specific insurance plan listed below please inquire with our scheduling team.

Billing Policies

Insurance Card – Please bring your insurance card with you to every appointment.

Cancellation – Please be so kind as to give us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. We regret that it has become necessary to charge for missed appointments and late notice for cancellations. We do this not by choice, but in consideration of time lost to our patients as well as our physicians.

Referrals – If your insurance company requires that you have a referral in order to see a specialist; please obtain one from your Primary Care Physician (PCP) well in advance of your appointment. Some PCPs offices require up to 72 hours notice to process a referral. The referral is your responsibility. Our physicians cannot see you without a referral, if your insurance company requires one.

Co-Pays are due at the time of your appointment. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. We also accept Mastercard, Visa.
