  I was very happy with my facial! Rosa was excellent, she talked me through every step. I felt very comfortable and relaxed! We did the microderm infusion which helps with hydration your skin and I must say that even after couple days my face is still glowing!

  This last week’s interaction with your desk was a disaster. I scheduled my appointment online with Trish for Friday @ 10. & when I got there the receptionist said your appointment is at 1:30 & Trish is not here. She then said she called me. I pulled out my phone & looked. Told her that there was no phone call. She then said , oh I called your husband.i left very disappointed & when I got home I checked & he never received a phone call. We then received a phone call telling us there were now times available!!!!, She blatantly lied to me about calling either of us Icalled your husband

  I have had massage envy for many years and at many different facilities as well. I was in need of someone to relax my back muscles from a long drive and found Mildred at the Anaheim location! She was amazing and I am returning to her during my month in Anaheim area.

  Charging for a session when the access routes were closed due to as active shooter situation. There was no way to get to the facility in time due to freeway closures.
