Handwash with brush or sponge and air dry. Do not place in dishwasher, as high temperatures could warp rubber gasket.

Order Shipment

• Most in stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.
• As soon as your order has been shipped, we will sendthe tracking information to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
• Final delivery dates are determinedonce the tracking number is issued. Based on delivery location, orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days.
• If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.
• Orders are shipped either via FedEx, UPS, USPS or an LTL freight shipping carrier.
• If an item is on back order, an email will be sent after the order is placed of when stock is expected.

Note:

• Werely on shipping carriers to have the product delivered to you, andareunable to account for shipping delays caused by them or unforeseen circ*mstances. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
• Deliveryestimates provided on the product page for in stock items arean estimate. For actual delivery dates please wait for the tracking number.

Ground Shipping

• Packagesare deliveredvia FedEx, UPS or USPS.
• Shipping carriersmay deliver on Saturdays.
• FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground shipments do not require a signature and the driver will leave the package at a suitable location at your address.
• The driver will not call ahead to schedule delivery so please use thetracking information to track your package.
• Free ground shipping may not be available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P. O. Boxes or Military Addresses (please contact us to verify).
• Please review the inspection guidelines for ground shipping when accepting delivery.

Freight Shipping

• Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet.
• We offer free freight shipping within the 48 contiguous US States.
• If the product is in stock, expected delivery is typically within2-5 business days.
• The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.
• Someone will need to beavailablefor delivery.
• The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.
• Please contact us for LTL and other special delivery instructions or requests.
• Please review the inspection guidelines forfreight shipping when accepting delivery.

Shipping to Canada

• Depending on the item the shipping isestimated to be about$150 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavierproducts that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.
• While buyers from Canada may order through our website, please be prepared to be contacted by our office regarding your order, since the rate on the website is an estimate and additionalcharges might apply.
• Duties, taxes and any other fees that are not included will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote.

• You can still order brands that don't ship to Canada, by providing a US shipping address or using a mail forwarder.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii

Standard Returns

• Must be requestedwithin30 days from the day of delivery. Exception: "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs.
• If item was shipped as part of free shipping promotion, initial shipping chargeswill be deducted from refund OR25% restocking feesmayapply (whichever is lower). For information on the original shipping charges please contact us.
• Exceptions:
• Nantucket Sinks - 15% restocking fees
• Rohl - 30% restocking fees + original freight shipping of $200. (Some items are not cancellable and non returnable after purchase.)
• Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Rene, Whitehaus - 25% restocking fees + original shipping
• A 5%fee will apply on all returns in addition to the return shipping.
• Returns mustincludean RMA#(provided by us).
• Products must be shipped backto the warehouse, traceable and insured with RMA# listed on the return label (trackingmust be shared with us for a refund).
• Products from different manufacturers will require different Return authorizations.
• The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please make sure to read our color disclaimer.
• We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Please insure your return.
• Refund will be processed once the item is received and verified inthe warehouse in about 7-14 business days after delivery.
• Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
• Please submit a requestusing the "Message Us" form on thecontact uspage to start the return process.

Exchanges

• Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (see above).
• A new order can be placed for another product.

Cancellations

• Can take up to1 businessday to confirm a cancellation.
• Fullrefundonly ifthe order has notbeen processed by the warehouse.
• Cancellation of backorders, confirmedor processed orderswill resultin a 5% cancellation fee.
• Ifthe product has been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse,cancellationswill be treated as a standard return (see above).
• If the product is on backorder,cancel the order prior to buying a new sink. If the backorder is processed sooner, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return (see above.)

Damages and Defects

Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, as long as you followthese simple stepswe guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have ourexcellent customer service available at your fingertipstohandle your case.

• Follow theinspection guidelinesbased on how your order was shipped
• Contact us within 24 to 48 hoursof delivery. We MUST be notified about anydamages promptly so we have enough time to resolve the issue for you and so the warehouse can file the insurance claim with the carrier.

If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be happy toguide you through the warranty process.

If applicable, we can only reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping, and not for any additional costs such as installation, disposal, etc. We also cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs. Please do the necessary research on the product in advance.

**Fireclay, Handcrafted orHand finishedProducts:

• Due to the organic nature of these hand finished products, minor imperfections (such as little bubbles, dimples, small divets, etc.) may appear. These are not defects and do not affect the functionality of the sink. It's what makes each sink uniquely its own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or discount products with minor imperfections.
• The unfinished underside of any ceramic-based products (fireclay, granite, porcelain, etc) will have minor surface deformities, odd patches and surface scratches/cracks fromanymanufacturer because they are unfinished due to being under the counter. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the item. Contact usif you would like us to reviewyour ordered item(s).

Incorrect Item(s)

If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

• Please include pictures of the item(s)# on the box, shipping label and the incorrect item(s).
• The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please read our color disclaimer.
• We cannot be held responsible for incorrect item(s) that have been installed, and are not liable for any installation costs.

Missing Item(s)

Ifyou cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it.Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.
