I've visited once a month for nearly a year and I've noticed a steady decline the past few months since they've switched ownership. Personally, I have to ask them to keep scrubbing because they rush through it and I've seen them rush through other customers' services as well. I've also caught them skipping part of my pedicure or choosing my scent for me so I make note of what's included in the service because they've cut corners when I haven't. Overall, I've lost a lot of trust and won't be back. It's not worth it if I have to be my own quality assurance. The man on staff can also be a bit pushy with customers.

Okay, so this is my second time coming here and today I was not happy! The guy who did my nails treated me like I was taking up too much of his time, he also told me what I should get done to my nails instead of what I was asking him to do! Which is poor customer service if you ask me don't rush a paying customer because what they want mite take time that's what they are getting payed for! Also I didn't get his name which was my own fault I was ready to leave after he mugged me several times because I asked him specifically for a particular shape and he seemed so annoyed that he had to do the shape and put 4 rhinestones on forbid he do anything extra but I left with a decent set a nails I'm not sure I will allow him back on my nails

Came here during covid and felt very safe! I've been here before and they always do a great job! Everyone I have had for nails or pedicure is excellent, polish always lasts and I leave feeling perfect. Everyone wears masks, they have plexiglass for the manicures and are spread out by one empty table between each person and the pedicure stations are spread out as well. They do online reservations which is what I did and was super easy to do, they used to take walk ins not sure if they still do.

Prices on their sign inside the store do not match what they say per customer. One customer is this price one is another. Unprofessional pricing. Decent nails. If you want to enjoy your time getting your nails done... do not choose this one.

Cute little shop. Super nice staff. I have been here a few times and I normally get a pedi from here because the service is good, I love the foot wraps in wax. There's a good selection for polish and I believe they do both acrylic and dip gel.
