They know their customers by name and care deeply about providing excellent service at a reasonable price. I feel like my teen daughter was taken advantage of. I made her an appointment for a dip polish manicure, and when I dropped her off, she and I both told the nail tech to do a plain dip polish manicure no tips. When I left for a little while the lady kept asking my daughter if she wanted her nails longer and she kept saying no. She just wanted a dip polish manicure. The lady kept asking if she wanted her nails longer and said that she could make them just a little longer but still keep them short. my daughter didn't know what that meant and agreed but then the nail tech started putting tips on and then charged her double the price of the service we booked. Very disappointed. Not returning
